Quote and project request forms
Quote forms may collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal code, project type, approximate project area, company and details you choose to provide. NorthLawn uses this information to review and respond to your request, prepare project guidance or a quote, and maintain necessary business records.
Resource download forms
Forms for homeowner kits, commercial procurement resources and white-label workbooks collect a name and email address. Optional fields may include telephone number, company, postal code, project type and timing. NorthLawn uses this information to deliver the requested file by immediate download and email, record the request, and follow up when the information indicates a relevant project or service enquiry.
Optional marketing consent
A resource form may offer an optional checkbox for occasional NorthLawn planning information and service updates. Consent is not required to receive a download. You may ask NorthLawn to stop these messages at any time by replying to an email or using the contact form. Operational messages that deliver a requested resource or answer an enquiry are separate from optional marketing messages.
Website analytics and operation data
NorthLawn uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, page use, traffic sources and successful quote or resource requests. Analytics data may include a truncated internet protocol address, approximate location, device and browser details, visited pages and website interactions. NorthLawn does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or form message contents to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the website configuration. Google may process analytics information as a service provider. The website host may also create routine server logs for security and reliable operation.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by hosting, email, analytics or technical service providers where needed to operate the website, understand its use, deliver a resource and respond to a request. NorthLawn does not sell form information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and system security.
Retention and safeguards
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, related business records and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission or storage method eliminates all risk.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit optional fields. You can limit analytics through your browser privacy controls or an analytics blocking tool. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through the website, use the NorthLawn contact form and describe the earlier request clearly enough to identify it.
